Every child is a precious gift of God. Children are the next generation and the promise of our future congregations of believers. The care and training of young children outside the home has become almost indispensable in our society. Scripture specifically gives parents the primary responsibility for nurturing their children. A Christian off-track care program is meant to assist parents in this task. Joel 1:3 -- Tell it to your children, and let your children tell it to their children and their children to the next generation.

 

 King's Kids Learning Center is a school-age child care program that serves to nurture the faith of children in their dear Savior. Children learn from Bible Stories that Jesus does guide and direct their young lives. In this setting each child’s God-given gifts and abilities are fostered through inquiry, exploration, experimentation, and expression.

The Mission Statement:  King's Kids Learning Center SHARES the love of Christ with the community, CARES for the kids of Corona, and PREPARES hearts and lives for Christian service.

 

King's Kids Learning Center has been established to provide spiritual growth and quality education to the children who are enrolled in its program. All children are welcome without reference to race, creed, national origin or sex. We will accept all applications and then enroll as space permits.

 

This child care program is offered for children in grades K through 6^th grade.  The child/adult ration is 14 to 1 school age.  We serve catered hot noon lunches and mid-morning and mid-afternoon nutritious snacks.  We are California State Licensed for 90 children, ages K through 6th grades.  Our daily schedule includes Bible stories, Learning centers, Outdoor play, Music, Games, Supervised free time, Structured instruction in math and literature, as well as Structured instruction in science and social studies.

 

We are open 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The Learning Center will be closed on the following days during the year:  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Friday, and Christmas Day.  We will inform you at least a month in advance if there are other days the center is closed.

 

The off-track child care tuition payment is $35 per day. Tuition is paid per track and is due a week before the first day of child care.  Your payment insures a spot for your child. If payments are late, a $50 late fee will be charged. Payment is still required even when the child is not in attendance to hold his position.

 

Regular and frequent visits by parents are encouraged at any time. Parents may volunteer to assist teachers in the classroom, on field trips, or by sharing their special talents and interests.

 

If parents wish to arrange conferences with the teachers, the opportunity is always welcomed.
